No, we do not support ticket reschedule on a customer account.
However you can have your ticket rescheduled by going directly in person at the bus station and ask for a reschedule at the counter. This has to be done prior to departure time on the original ticket. You will need to show your booking reference number and a piece of ID.
If you are in the impossibility to go in person at the station before your scheduled departure time, you can still get in touch with the bus operator directly, again make sure you provide your booking reference number and phone number used during booking registration
