Do I need to print my ticket to get on the bus ?

It is not mandatory to print your ticket.
When you get on the bus you can either:

  1. Show your printed ticket,
  2. Show your booking on your smartphone, tablet, computer to the captain.

We also ask you to have your identity documents with you in order to prove your identity.

However if you would like to print/download your ticket, you can easily go to the "My bookings'" section and click on download the ticket.
